Why does the honey crystallise?
Natural honey crystallises in cold weather. Put the jar in warm water and it turns liquid again.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka 1–2 days, outside Dhaka 2–4 days after we confirm your order by phone.
Can I pay when the parcel arrives?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available all over Bangladesh. You can also pay online with bKash or Nagad.
What if the product is damaged or wrong?
Check the parcel in front of the delivery person. If anything is wrong, return it then and we will send the right one.
