Returns & refunds

Food cannot be returned once opened. Please check the parcel in front of the delivery person: if anything is spoiled, damaged or not what you ordered, return it then and pay nothing for it.

If you find a problem after opening, send us a photo within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund you.
